Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received. During periods of high demand, launches, or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times vary by destination but typically range from 3–7 business days after shipment for domestic orders. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays beyond our control.
Domestic Shipping
Da Gallery Barbershop currently ships within the United States. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
International Shipping
At this time, international shipping may be limited or unavailable. If international shipping is offered, delivery times and customs fees may vary by country. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Da Gallery Barbershop is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and supporting photos (if applicable). We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
